Princess Kate will grace the Festival of Remembrance at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. Then you’ll find her standing next to the Prince of Wales at the Remembrance Sunday the next day. The service will take place at the Cenotaph in London’s Whitehall. Mind you, it will be Middleton’s first back-to-back public appearance this year as she gradually returns for good.
But there’s a bittersweet angle to this comeback. In a recent interview, Prince William broke his silence about the challenges the royals have faced in 2024. Moreover, he described the year as “brutal,” sharing that both his wife, Kate, and his father, King Charles, battled cancer. For the future King, it’s been the hardest year of his life.
Still, he couldn’t be prouder of how his family handled it. “I’m so proud of my wife and my father,” he shared. Meanwhile, King Charles, who had a blast in Australia and Samoa with Queen Camilla, has also returned to his treatment.
