Ravi Has Been Losing Control In EastEnders
Ravi has been secretly working as a police informant. Also, the once slick charmer has now seen his worst days as his mental health is deteriorating. Ravi is working for Jack Branning to avoid prison for his previous human trafficking crimes. Elsewhere, Mark Fowler Jr is also working for a drug gang to catch the ‘rat’.
However, things turned worse for Ravi when he tipped Mark off to avoid a police raid. Eventually, Mark got saved from the arrest. But he became suspicious of Ravi and confirmed that he is the mole. Elsewhere, owing to the guilt of attacking his own son, Ravi is stressed. Soon, he locked several residents inside the local pharmacy and demanded a prescription for his son Nugget.
Nugget has epilepsy. It happened after Harry and Nicola spiked Ravi’s drinks with drugs to take revenge. And while hallucinating his Nish, Ravi brutally assaulted Nugget. Nugget was left with a brain bleed, too. Because of this, Ravi has begun self-harming. Also, his wife, Priya, eventually discovered this secret.
In the latest episode, we also saw that Ravi forced Mark into his car. Then he drove him out of Walford. And this left Priya terrified about what he was planning to do. However, now fans believe that the charisma he once had has faded.

The breakdown makes sense, even though a few scenes felt strange.” Someone else mentioned, “These kinds of moments happen for real. I’ve been through similar situations, and it’s not unrealistic.”
In the meantime, a user commented, “EastEnders changed him too much, ” and another user thought that “This behaviour is totally believable. People act out when their minds cant cope. It was clearly shown in the episode, for example, the main character went crazy, simply, mentally it is too much for him. One despairing supporter exclaimed, “The story is wasted on him. He had potential during the Nish arc. And now he’s been completely flattened.”
Another person wrote about the character, “Its hard to love him when he has caused so much pain. A serious mental health storyline could have been given to someone else. Another user wrote, “He is only another tough guy with no new, interesting things left in him. The new criminal characters also come up as very bland.”
