The most we have seen of him has been as part of some mundane conversations between him and Finn, Steffy, or Bill. But beyond that, he has done nothing of consequence for a while now.
However, we have a feeling that things could change on that front pretty soon. Liam Spencer cannot be on the back burner forever. Thus, it would make sense for him to leap into an active storyline wholeheartedly, or create a new one altogether! Honestly, we are leaning more toward the latter!

When Ivy arrived in LA, she made it quite clear to Liam that she was still interested in pursuing a relationship with him.
Any gaps that her words may have left, the kiss she planted on Liam took care of! Before blowing out of town again, Ivy asked Liam to call her. We wonder if Liam ever made that call. Well, even if he didn’t, chances are he might soon! Or maybe, he won’t have to if she chooses to fly back into town to touch base with him once again.
