Daniel Has Lost Almost Everything!
On the Y&R, Daniel is one such character who has nearly lost everything in his life—from his job to his beloved wife. His mother, Phyllis Summers, is in a coma, while Sharon Newman has been exposed as Heather’s murderer, who has also framed Daniel in the case. Moreover, to aggravate his pain, there are Nick and others who will try to defend Sharon or at least get her a lighter sentence.
Thankfully now that his daughter, Lucy, has returned home and Phyllis will soon gain consciousness as Y&R spoilers suggest, Daniel will get breath of relaxation. However, that won’t last long as he still needs to know a bitter truth that it was him who was supposed to die that day as when Sharon invaded his apartment not Heather.
Sharon went there to kill him, but poor Heather became a victim, so when this truth comes out, Daniel may sink in guilt even deeper and blame himself for Heather’s demise. Looking at his struggles, fans may think that Daniel is paying the price for cheating on his former flame, Lily. But for how long? After all, he also deserves a break from the ongoing trauma.
Dr. Elena Provides Comfort To Daniel!
The speculation suggests that Daniel may soon find a support and comfort in form of a new friend initially who could romance with him later on Y&R. Amid Phyllis’s crisis, the only person to give Daniel some courage and strength was Dr. Elena Dawson. He was thankful for her support, but sooner he will need her even more.
As his troubles worsen, Daniel will need someone to help him release the pain, and it looks like Elena will be there for him throughout the ordeal. Additionally, Y&R still has some revelations to make on Heather’s murder case regarding Ian’s game plan and involvement. So, when that comes to light, Daniel will face even severe heartbreak.
Brytni Sarpy’s Return Amid the Crisis!
As regular viewers know, Brytni Sarpy has returned on the show after quite a long time to portray Elena Dawson. With her return, we can hope for a possible love story to begin between Elena and Daniel, given that he is clearly in need of support.
This could be one way Y&R keeps Elena in Genoa City. However, it will take time for them to officially become a couple. We can hope for a friendship to blossom amid the crisis and turn into a relationship once storm clears and Daniel is left to process. He then may realize that she has been there all the time, and the duo can be more than friends.
