She also took some advice from her grandma about how she should portray Kyle as a caring and protective partner. It looks like if Claire can convince Victor that her partner has some of the same qualities as him, he will definitely come forward.
Speculation has it that Claire might plan a family dinner and invite Kyle as well. Even though the Abbott man will try to impress the Newmans, it could turn into a doomed dinner quickly. We know one meal isn’t enough to remove Victor’s inhibitions against the Abbott clan, and he will start throwing accusations around. At first, Kyle might behave all civil for his girlfriend’s sake, but things might go sideways soon.
Victor will get into Kyke’s skin as the dinner progresses, and he might push one button too many for Kyle.
