Victor Newman is one man who has always managed to come out on top, every single time on The Young and the Restless. Currently, he has trained his target on the entire Abbott family for self-serving means. However, the one person who is on his hit list right now is, Billy Abbott. Victor intends to take him down and acquire Abbott-Chancellor.
As expected, Victor is leaving no stone unturned in his quest to make the acquisition. The latest Y&R spoilers tease that he has even managed to pull Lily to his side, in an attempt to best Billy. However, we think it would be so much more exciting if for a change Victor got a taste of his own medicine. We mean, wouldn’t it be fun to watch The Mighty Mustache bite dust for once?
The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that there is a possibility for Jill Abbott to return and stand beside her son during his time of need. Currently, it seems Billy is fighting this battle against Victor all by his lonesome. And alone, he will definitely burn down to ashes (figuratively of course!)

However, if the formidable Jill was to make a smashing return, this battle wouldn’t be that easy for Victor to win. In fact, he may even crash and burn. Well, he does have at least one loss that is long overdue! But can a man like Victor Newman sustain losing? Well, it would definitely be a first for him. So, could a loss like that mark the end of Victor Newman’s legacy on Y&R?
Honestly speaking, we highly doubt it. Victor’s portrayer, Eric Braeden, is fit as a fiddle, and we doubt he is going anywhere anytime soon. One look at his boxing regime is enough to know that even at this age he could easily give the 20-somethings a good run for their money! This man truly is invincible, both on and off-screen.
So, we can safely say, the acquisition or no acquisition, Victor Newman is going nowhere. And with strength and stamina like that, Eric Braeden has many more miles to go in daytime, and we are grateful for that. After all, he is easily one of the best things in the soapverse!
