Theo and Todd are finally starting life in their own home on Coronation Street. But while moving in should be exciting, cracks are already showing, and it looks like things could soon take a darker turn.
Todd’s New Start With Theo
Todd Grimshaw and Theo Silverton settle into the corner shop flat, ready to enjoy their new chapter. Their happiness is interrupted when George Shuttleworth drops by unannounced with celebratory beers to toast the move. According to a show insider, George simply wanted to do something nice for the couple. But Theo made no effort to hide his displeasure.
When Todd invited George to stay for a drink, Theo’s irritation was obvious. The source added that Theo felt George had overstayed his welcome and clearly wanted Todd to himself. It seemed that distancing Todd from Billy wasn’t enough, now Theo wanted him away from George as well.
Coronation Street: Theo’s Custody Concerns Boil Over
While tensions brewed at home, Theo also had to face his ex-wife Danielle in a custody meeting. He was determined to keep access to his children, Miles and Millie, and promised to do whatever it took to secure his place in their lives. But when he returned to the flat, he was furious to find it untidy. He warned Todd that Danielle could use the mess against him in court by claiming the flat wasn’t fit for the kids.
Instead of accepting Todd’s support, he turned his anger on him. The insider explained that the couple had barely moved in, yet Theo was already complaining. Even so, Todd, head over heels for Theo, decided to make a kind gesture. He invited Billy Mayhew, George, and Brian Packham over to help clean the place. After hours of hard work, the group celebrated with snacks and music.
Theo’s Return Turns Dark
Unfortunately, Theo walked in just as the friends were enjoying themselves. What Todd meant as a thoughtful surprise quickly backfired. The source said that although the group were only having sausage rolls and a singalong, Theo saw it differently. He glowered at the sight and made it clear he wasn’t happy.
With Theo already showing signs of control, his reaction suggested he didn’t want Todd’s mates around at all. Instead, he seemed intent on making Todd completely reliant on him. As the pair begin this new chapter, it’s clear the warning signs are growing. Theo’s possessiveness, custody struggles, and anger toward Todd’s friends all point to more problems ahead.
The flat, meant to be a fresh start, could easily become a trap if Theo continues to isolate Todd. The big question now is whether Todd will see the danger before it’s too late. Stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily for all the latest Coronation Street spoilers and updates.
