EastEnders Casts Iain Fletcher As New Villain
EastEnders is all set to welcome a new guest in Walford. Viewers will soon get to witness a familiar face tune in the BBC soap next week in one of the storylines that involve Ruby Allen. Spoilers relay actor Iain Fletcher will be filling in the shoes of Square councillor, Mr. Barker in the forthcoming week. Fans of The Bill know that Iain is best known for his role as DC Rod Skase, which he starred in from 1994 to 2000.
Ever since, the actor has been a part of several other on stage and screen shows. This includes his roles in Band of Brothers, Waterloo Road, Casualty, and the West End stage show, Mamma Mia. As for his guest stint on the BBC series, Mr. Barker will appear next week as the local residents try to discuss the council’s latest plans for the market. Long-time viewers know that Bridge Street was threatened to close last year.

Ruby Will Make Sneaky Moves

As the week comes to an end, Ruby will carry out an ambitious plan with Councillor Barker, but we cannot help but wonder if she will be able to pull it off. Will she make the situation worse for Martin? We know Ruby is doing all of this to impress Martin, but will they bite her back? Only time will tell.
