She also added that the platform has her as the ambassador of charities such as Breast Cancer Now, Maggie’s Yorkshire, Sane and Sue Ryder. These also helped her through times of grief.
Furthermore, Lisa also thanked her bosses for their love and loyalty. She is also the first-ever cast member of Emmerdale to have been awarded an MBE. She added that playing the role of Mandy Dingle is a gift. Lisa could truly feel her mother’s smile and energy on her shoulders.
