Danger is closing in on several characters in Beyond the Gates next week. Trouble in Different Corners
Since the show ran reruns during the week of September 1–5, the new preview for September 8–11 jumps straight back into fresh drama. It starts at the casino, where Vanessa McBride and Joey Armstrong get caught up in passion. Just as things heat up, Doug McBride walks in on them. In a voiceover, Joey says he doesn’t mind lying to Doug if it means winning Vanessa back. At the Richardson house, Nicole Richardson lashes out at Ted Richardson. Viewers know Ted tried to solve the Leslie Thomas problem by offering their home to her, since she wanted the mansion across from Vernon and Anita Dupree. Instead of helping, Ted’s plan may have only made Nicole angrier. Elsewhere, Eva Thomas checks in with Leslie. Leslie breaks down in tears, saying she is not “low-class junk” but someone who matters. Eva hugs her mom, leaving fans to wonder if Leslie is finally showing a softer side.
Beyond the Gates: Road Shock and Cabin Fight
Over at the Dupree mansion, Vernon, Anita, Bill Hamilton, Hayley Hamilton, Naomi Hawthorne, and Dani Dupree gather as Anita video chats with Kat Richardson. Kat quickly tells her grandmother she will text an address. Anita agrees, but before the call ends, Kat suddenly screams at Jacob Hawthorne to watch out for a truck. The moment hints that Kat and Jacob may be headed for a crash.
The preview then shows Allison cornering Chelsea Hamilton in a cabin. Allison comes at her with a knife while Chelsea fights back. Chelsea yells at Allison, calling her crazy and saying she has had enough. The scene cuts off with Chelsea in real danger, leaving viewers to wonder what will happen next.
The promo makes it clear that Chelsea is in a deadly spot. Allison looks completely unhinged, and the knife attack could cost Chelsea her life. At the same time, Kat and Jacob’s crash tease adds another layer of fear, showing how quickly things can turn tragic.
