Todd Grimshaw is left devastated when he visits Summer Spellman in hospital. He is already worried about her condition, but he is not prepared for what he finds. At first, Todd blames the prison officer who is with her and cannot understand how things have become so bad.
Summer then admits that she turned off her own insulin pump because she cannot cope with being in prison anymore. Todd tries to encourage her and give her some hope, but she has completely lost faith in her future. Seeing Summer in such a broken state leaves Todd struggling to find a way to help her.
Tyrone Finally Tells Fiz The Truth
Tyrone Dobbs has been carrying a huge secret, and the guilt is becoming too much for him. When Fiz notices that something is wrong and asks him about it, he decides he can no longer keep it hidden.
Tyrone confesses that he knows Summer did not kill Theo Silverton. He also admits that he lied to the police to cover up his own involvement in what happened to Carl Webster. Sam Blakeman’s struggles become even more serious when he hides inside Roy’s Rolls. Will Driscoll and Leanne Battersby desperately try to find him and help him before things get worse. Sam continues to see a frightening vision of Roy Cropper, who keeps telling him that Will is trying to kill him.
The situation becomes even more confusing when the real Roy suddenly appears. Seeing both versions of Roy at the same time leaves Sam terrified and overwhelmed.
