Coronation Street: Maria Starts To Question Gary
Coronation Street recently ended one of its biggest mysteries by revealing that Sarah Platt was the person who killed Theo Silverton. The shocking episode gave fans the answer they had been waiting for after weeks of theories and guesses.
Even though viewers know the truth, Maria does not. She believes Gary and Sarah may have become close again and thinks they could be hiding a secret romance from her.
The truth is very different. Gary is keeping a secret with Sarah, but it has nothing to do with love. Instead, Gary helped Sarah cover up Theo’s murder. Maria has noticed that something is wrong, but she has no idea what Gary is really hiding.
Samia Longchambon Reacts To The Big Twist
Speaking to Digital Spy on the red carpet at the TRIC Awards on Tuesday, Samia Longchambon shared her reaction after watching the big reveal on television. “I am still in shock. I watched it with my family because I’d not seen it. Obviously I was there, so I kind of knew what was happening, but it was nice to see it all edited and put together,” Longchambon said.
She also admitted that keeping the storyline secret was not easy because fans kept trying to work out who killed Theo. “It was so hard because everyone over the last couple of months has been having their own guesses who the killer is and not that many people were expecting it to be Sarah so it was quite nice it gave people a shock,” she said.
