Coronation Street Fans Think Bethany Could Turn Against Sarah
Earlier this year, Lucy Fallon teased that Bethany would be involved in a storyline that would not make viewers happy. The actress hinted that Bethany would make a mistake and that fans would likely blame her for it.
Speaking at the Grand National Festival at Aintree Racecourse, Lucy said: “She does! I can’t tell you what it is, but it’s not going to be great. I don’t think people are going to be happy about it. This one is low-key her fault. Everyone is going to be like, ‘She is a d**k.’ Which is fine.”
Lucy also explained that she enjoys taking on challenging stories. She said: “I don’t mind what it is as long as it’s a good one. Being in the Platts is a good family to be in. It’s an amazing honour to get a storyline, I don’t take it for granted at all.”
