Carl Webster has caused serious damage in recent weeks, especially within his own family. He framed his mother, Debbie Webster, for causing death by dangerous driving. That decision led to her spending months in prison and broke any trust she had left in him.
After Debbie returned home, Carl continued pushing her. He tried to blackmail her into handing over the hotel. Her husband, Ronnie Bailey, had already attacked Carl earlier, showing he would not tolerate any more harm toward Debbie.
Debbie decided to end things on her terms. She called Carl to her flat and offered him £2,000, but made it clear that he had to leave her life for good.
