Monday, June 15: Nick Struggles To Cope After Sam’s Crisis
Nick Tilsley is still devastated after son Sam Blakeman suffered a psychiatric breakdown and was admitted to hospital. Already struggling with everything that has happened, Nick is dealt another painful blow when Ben Driscoll reveals that he had noticed Sam acting differently before the crisis unfolded.
The revelation proves too much for Nick to handle. He turns his anger on both Ben and Eva Price, leaving the pair stunned. David Platt gently suggests they leave and give Nick some space, but Nick’s emotions continue to spiral. He orders everyone out of the Bistro and even pushes Toyah Battersby away as he tries to deal with the difficult situation.
Tuesday, June 16: A Gunshot Leaves Everyone Shocked
The tension between Kevin Webster and Carl Webster continues to grow as Ronnie Bailey and Tyrone Dobbs try to help the brothers put their differences behind them. Despite their efforts, Carl refuses to back down and pushes Kevin to either forgive him or settle things once and for all.
Carl points to the gun he received from Fiona Morley and tells Kevin to use it if he cannot move on. Convinced that the weapon is fake, Kevin picks it up and aims it at his brother. However, the situation takes a terrifying turn when Ronnie tries to take the gun away. The weapon suddenly fires, and a gunshot echoes through the garage, leaving everyone wondering if someone has been seriously hurt.
Friday, June 19: Maria Makes A Serious Accusation In Coronation Street
Maria Connor cannot stop thinking about Gary Windass and the family holiday he recently booked. While talking to Izzy about her hair, it becomes clear that Maria’s mind is elsewhere as she questions Gary’s behaviour.
Her worries soon grow into suspicion. Maria starts to believe that Gary may have arranged the holiday because he feels guilty about cheating on her. She also becomes increasingly suspicious of Sarah Platt and her recent behaviour.
