The soap fans know that Abi is currently living on the precinct after splitting from Kevin. She has been dealing with property issues. Her flat stinks of damp, and the odour is making her clothes smell bad. In the latest episode, Abi called her landlord explaining that the flat needs repairing.
Leanne overheard the conversation and hoped that the things were sorted quickly. Meanwhile, Leanne also considered giving Idris Nazir another chance. Earlier, Idris got into trouble with Leanne after he muted a call from Toyah Battersby. He didn’t know that Toyah was calling Leanne to remind her about visiting Sam in the mental health unit. Idris Nazir silenced the call so that he could spend more time with her.
However, Leanne decided to give Idris Nazir another chance. Then Abi arrived to pick up a takeaway and made a call to her landlord. She was shocked when Idris’s phone started ringing. Thus she realised that Idris was the landlord she had been trying to contact. That evening Abi sat beside Alfie when he was asleep. He had an awful cough so Abi decided to take him to the doctor.
Alfie’s Illness Leaves Abi Heartbroken!
Abi doesn’t know that a horrific black mould has formed under Alfie’s bed. This is due to the poor conditions of the place they have been living in. Next week, this will lead to Alfie being rushed to A&E. Doctors inform her that she needs to change the place immediately. Thus Abi moves back in with Kevin.
Meanwhile, as Idris and Broody want to fix the flat, Leanne and Alya point out that the person who sold it knew about the mould. Abi wants to blame someone for what has happened to her boy.
