Next week on Coronation Street, Carla finds herself pulled deeper into the fallout from Becky Swain’s return, while Abi’s affair with Carl edges dangerously close to exposure. At the same time, Theo faces explosive news about Noah Hedley that threatens his already fragile relationship with Todd. These are just a few of the dramatic turns awaiting Weatherfield residents.
Carla Connor Confronts Becky Swain
Becky’s fake death continues to haunt the Street as she insists on staying close to Lisa and her daughter Betsy. When she reveals she has rented a flat nearby, Betsy urges Lisa to help her move. Stranded when the car runs out of fuel, Becky turns the conversation towards Carla, further unsettling Lisa.
Carla, meanwhile, admits to Ryan that she trusts Lisa fully but cannot bring herself to say the same about Becky. The tension builds when Becky later arrives at Carla’s door, only for Carla to firmly tell her it would be better for everyone if she returned to playing dead. Becky is left to decide her next move.
Debbie Webster catches Abi and Carl Webster
Abi continues her dangerous entanglement with Carl, who convinces her that Tracy Barlow will no longer be a problem. Abi is horrified, however, when Tracy admits Carl arranged for her shop to be vandalised and threatened Ken. With Kevin celebrating his clean bill of health and dreaming of their future, Abi admits to Carl that she hates living a double life.
Kevin then speaks of retirement plans, prompting Abi to shatter his hopes by revealing she wants to end their marriage. Kevin confides in Tyrone that he suspects an affair between Abi and Carl, while Abi urges Carl to consider running away with her. Before Carl can answer, Debbie walks in and finds the pair together, leaving her stunned by what she has seen.
Coronation Street: Theo Silverton reacts to Noah Hedley news
Theo’s custody battle heats up when Danielle’s barrister accuses him of being violent towards his son Miles. He insists it was an accident, but Todd lashes out at Noah after hearing a cruel remark, resulting in Todd being removed from court. Noah continues to taunt Theo in the Bistro, but Theo tries to keep his composure.
Later, Danielle delivers shocking news about Noah, which unsettles Theo deeply. Todd confides in Maria that he cannot understand why Theo reacted so strongly given Noah’s past behaviour, but Theo overhears and his expression turns dark. As he orders Todd to prepare for a visit from Miles and Millie, it becomes clear Todd may once again be the target of Theo’s temper.
Bernie Winter exposes Asha Alahan’s abuser
Bernie grows increasingly concerned about Asha, who has been isolating herself in her room. Persuading her to help Ryan at a careers fair, Bernie inadvertently puts Asha face-to-face with Naomi, the woman who abused her during her paramedic training. Naomi denies the accusations and warns Asha not to make them again, leaving her shaken and tearful.
Refusing to let the matter drop, Bernie exposes Naomi in front of the careers fair audience, revealing how she spat on and abused Asha. Nina and Amy film the confrontation as Naomi storms off in fury. Soon after, Naomi barges into the Winters’ house and threatens to sue Bernie for defamation, sparking fresh turmoil for the family.
Coronation Street: Evelyn Plummer makes a big decision
Tyrone confides in Kevin his frustration that the police have yet to catch the driver who caused his accident, unaware that Carl is the culprit. While Tyrone struggles with his recovery, Evelyn masks her disappointment as she tells Fiz she plans to give up university, saying it is expensive and more suited to younger people.
Fiz later admits to Maria that she feels overwhelmed by the situation, with Tyrone still in hospital and Evelyn sacrificing her dream. The family must now rally together to support Tyrone through his difficult recovery, even as Evelyn puts her own ambitions aside for the sake of her grandson.
Jenny Connor interrupts George Shuttleworth
Jenny tries to spend more time with George and invites him to lunch, but he declines, claiming he needs to clean the funeral parlour. Refusing to be deterred, Jenny calls round with cleaning supplies in hand.
To her dismay, she finds Christina Boyd already there helping George. Embarrassed and still carrying feelings for him, Jenny retreats quickly. Left wondering if Christina might be the right woman for George, Jenny realises her timing may have been all wrong.
Coronation Street: Dee-Dee Bailey faces embarrassment with Ollie
Dee-Dee’s new relationship shows cracks when she and Ollie join Adam and Alya for lunch at the Bistro. Instead of making a good impression, Ollie criticises the food, leaving Dee-Dee mortified in front of her friends.
The incident raises concerns for Dee-Dee as she questions Ollie. She asks whether Ollie was simply making an honest complaint or revealing a ruder, more arrogant side of his personality.
