The latest Coronation Street spoilers suggest a lot of chaos in the cobbles as big troubles unfold for Dylan, while Lauren faces the prosecution and Daniel is blackmailed. Across the town, Bobby finds his life at risk as Rob Donovan returns, while Dylan is about to face huge consequences following Mason’s stabbing. There are tensions as well for Lauren and Leanne as well. Let’s dive in!
Bobby In Danger
There’s an argument between Ryan and Bobby regarding Rob’s kidney donation for Carla. As a result, Bobby goes to visit Rob instead—and lies about it to Bobby. Though Rob agrees to donate a kidney if he’s a match—Matty pulls out a knife in the visiting room, and soon, Bobby finds himself in a hostage situation.
Meanwhile, Carla hears about Bobby’s crisis from Lisa and tells Betsy that her brother is a murderer. Later, at the hospital, Carla tells Bobby that she’ll never trust Rob—while Rob tries to convince her. However, Carla and Ryan are stunned to know about the high cost of £100,000 for keeping a prisoner at the hospital and decide to go private if she accepts.
Health Crisis For Abi
We will see Toyah telling Kevin her concerns about Abi, who was at Mason’s fatal stabbing scene. While Toyah suggests her medical help, Abi clearly denies saying she’s coping well. But she keeps on torturing herself mentally as she can’t get over Mason’s final moments. Involved in her mental trauma, she fails to spot Kevin’s distress as he reveals to Debbie a lump in his body. Though Kevin goes on to share this with Abi, when he finds her talking to her late son tearfully, Kevin backs off.
Later, Abi gets Seb’s visions and stays at home, claiming that Alfie has a cold. Things get grim for Kevin as he goes for tests and confides in Tim Metcalfe that he may have cancer. Elsewhere, Abi ends up accusing Debbie of taking her little boy, Alfie, when he is with Kevin upstairs. The week will end with Kevin blurting out the truth about his testicular cancer while Abi keeps on having Seb’s vision. Though Roy tries to convince Abi to talk to her husband, we have doubts.
Dylan to Face Charges
The next week will begin with Sean telling Dylan that Matty has been arrested and the police have CCTV footage of the Radcliffe brothers. Just after this revelation, Betsy finds Dylan drinking vodka—is he just sad for Mason, or is there something else too? Later, Billy Mayhew shows up for Mason’s funeral and tells Sally he will do the service. But Logan is keeping a close watch on them. Surprisingly, Kit informs Dylan that he will be charged for possessing a bladed article. What has he done?
Cassie Blackmails Daniel Osborne
At the beginning of the week, we saw Daisy coming to the rescue with Bertie Osbourne’s birthday cake—while Bethany discloses her dream job offer from London. Later, Bertie sees Cassie putting antihistamine in Ken’s tea. Though she swore to secrecy, Bertie lets the secret out to Daisy, who later tells it to Daniel. When Daniel confronts Cassie, she denies it–but another problem springs up when Bethany suspects Daisy and Daniel again and ends up getting drunk.
Later, Daisy worries about her baby and claims she hurt her ankle when Daniel takes her to the A&E department. But when they reach, Kit is already there, and soon, the nurse reveals her pregnancy. Next, we see Daniel confiding in Adam that he thinks Cassie is drugging Ken but can’t do anything because Cassie is blackmailing him to be the father of Daisy’s baby.
Lauren’s Trial Begins
Next week, Max will visit Lauren, who’s panicking about her trial regarding Joel’s murder. Even though he tries his best to be positive for her, Lauren sees things through him. She tells Max they should end their relationship because she thinks she will be in prison for the next 20 years. The following day, the barrister starts by describing Lauren as a liar for Joel’s death. The prosecution and defense argue while Lauren, Bobby, and Nina Lucas watch on. Later, Lauren’s barrister warns her that the case could go either way. Lastly, we see Brie approaching Lauren, saying baby Frankie would be better off without her.
Leanne to Move On?
As the week begins, we see Leanne taking Sam for a milkshake. But Sam leaves when she comments about Nick and Toyah. Meanwhile, Tracy tries to cheer up Leanne, saying she is better off Nick and can count her blessings to start enjoying her life. Will Leanne finally move on with her life from Nick?
