Corrie fans are overjoyed by the news of John Thomson’s return as Jesse Chadwick. Coronation Street Spoilers reveal that he returns to Weatherfield in the upcoming episodes as part of Gail Patt’s exit storyline. However, his return has weaved into Bethany Platt’s ongoing tragic storyline.
In episodes yet to air, Jesse Chadwick arrives in town and stuns Gail with his unexpected appearance. It is soon revealed that Jesse and Gail met each other years ago during a trip that she took to Thailand. The two remained in touch ever since. When she asks him why he has come to Weatherfield, he tells her that he has returned to support her and the Platt family in the aftermath of Bethany’s botched-up cosmetic surgery.
Coronation Street Spoilers reveal that Gail is not going to be the only one reeling in shock by Jesse’s return. Eileen will be absolutely gobsmacked when she sees her ex back in Weatherfield. Interestingly, she also happens to be Gail’s nemesis, so it’s going to pinch her a little bit extra to know that Jesse came back for Gail and not her.
