Theo’s Violent Control Over Todd Reaches A Breaking Point
Theo Silverton continues to prove that he is one of the most disturbing villains on the cobbles. James Cartwright plays the character of Theo. And he has built a relationship with Todd that has turned into a nightmare. He has been consulting Todd by insulting him, has been gaslighting, and has been constantly violent. However, Todd has stayed in that cycle because Theo removed him from every support that he once had.
But things did change when Billy Mayhew sensed that something was wrong. Billy noticed Todd’s bruises during Debbie Webseter’s wedding. And finally, after being beaten viciously, Todd courageously told the truth to Billy. Todd had finally seen a hope that he would be free. However, it fell apart during the Corriedale spin-off. Todd, Billy and Theo were involved in a minibus pileup.
Flames were spreading through the wreck. And Theo was looking for a way to escape. Moreover, he could have saved Billy. But because of his jealousy and anger, he left him to die. He then strapped Billy’s seatbelt tightly. He did so that the unconscious man couldnt move. Later, Theo walked away while the fire swallowed the vehicle. And Billy died in that wreck.
Summer And George Become Theo’s Next Targets In Coronation Street
After losing Billy, Todd felt alone. And because of that loneliness, Theo again entered Todd’s life. The soap’s executive producer, Kate Brooks, has confirmed who Theo is planning to target next. And it’s Summer Spellman, played by Harriet Bibby. She has always been like a daughter or a little sister to Todd.
When Todd and Billy were a couple, she used to live under their care. And her bond with Todd is threatening Theo. It’s because she brings joy to Todd’s life. And the other target is George Shuttleworth. Tony Maudsley’s character is more than Todd’s boss. He had taught him about the funeral business and treated him as family.
