Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor has shared a proud family update that has delighted fans. The actress recently showed her support for her daughter Hattie, who is working towards a new career opportunity alongside her acting work.
Sally’s latest social media post gave followers a glimpse into Hattie’s exciting journey and quickly attracted plenty of praise.
Hattie Takes On A New Challenge
Coronation Street viewers know Sally Dynevor as Sally Metcalfe, a character she has played since 1986. Over the years, Sally has become one of the soap’s most loved stars thanks to her character’s humour and her habit of getting involved in other people’s business.
Away from the ITV soap, Sally enjoys family life with her husband, screenwriter Tim Dynevor. Together they have three children, daughters Phoebe and Hattie and son Sam. Both daughters have followed their mum into the acting world.
Hattie recently appeared in Waterloo Road, while Phoebe became a household name after starring in Netflix’s hit series Bridgerton. However, Hattie is now focusing on another passion alongside acting as she works towards becoming a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor.
Sally recently shared photos on Instagram showing Hattie concentrating during her training. She also posted pictures of herself and Tim taking part in one of Hattie’s Pilates sessions.

Alongside the photos, Sally explained what her daughter has been working on. She wrote: “In between auditions, @hattiedynevorr is working towards her Reformer Pilates teaching qualification @reformerwithhattie. @dynevortim and I had our own private session. What a fabulous teacher! So proud.”
The post quickly filled with supportive messages from friends and fans who wished Hattie well in her new venture.
