Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that some really exciting times are ahead on the Peacock soap! As we already know, the Horton family is all riled up over a stolen necklace. Around the time of Doug William’s funeral, Ciara was able to open up the time capsule. The family then gathered around to relive old memories by cherishing the belongings in the box. One of the key contents of the capsule was a beautiful necklace.
However, soon after the box was opened, the necklace went missing. Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that most of the family believes Steve Olson is to be blamed for it. As we know, Julie’s brother has had a checkered past in town. Thus, many people feel that he may have been the one who stole the necklace. However, that’s not the case. There is one more person of interest here – Doug Williams III.
The youngster arrived in Salem to attend Doug’s funeral and introduced himself as Doug’s grandson. Julie and most of the family accepted him with open arms. However, Hope Brady wasn’t very convinced. She has her doubts about him, and her instincts are on point, we believe. The latest Day preview video reveals that Doug, indeed, is the thief. He is the one who stole the necklace and later took it to Leo Stark.
Doug is trying to enlist Leo’s help to sell the stolen necklace. However, our retired troublemaker is now trying to turn a new leaf. So, it is possible that instead of selling the necklace, he may take it to Horton’s house. Leo may hand over the necklace to Julie and tell her that Doug was the one who stole it. But will Julie believe Leo? Especially since she trusts Doug. Besides, Leo’s track record isn’t exactly stellar.
What if Doug tries to turn the tables on Leo Stark? He may accuse Leo of stealing the necklace. It would be Doug’s words against Leo’s. Will the former pot stirrer of Salem manage to prove his innocence? Or will he end up paying for a crime he did not commit?
