Through it’s multi-decades run, Days of Our Lives has accumulated a number of characters and phenomenal stars in it’s kitty. However, it is quite difficult to fit them all together on the canvas at once. Hence, it is understandable that many of such fab fav characters keep falling off-screen time-to time.
But just because they are out of sight, definitely does not mean they are out of fan minds. Having said that, we still did not realize that there is a certain reunion we so very much need, until we saw a certain picture!
A Days of Our Lives Reunion We Didn’t Know We Needed!
Days of Our Lives veteran Thaao Penghlis – Tony DiMera and Andre on the soap, took to his Instagram to post a picture with co-stars Leann Hunley and Lauren Koslow. As fans would remember Leann played Anna DiMera on the soap, while Lauren plays Kate.
As it turns out, the Days of Our Lives gang met up for lunch to celebrate Leann Hunley’s birthday. Although fan favorite actress Kristian Alfonso is missing from the picture, Thaao mentioned in his caption that she joined the gang shortly after they clicked the picture!
Seeing these beloved DOOL vets together certainly gave us a whiff of nostalgia. Sure, the show is going steady and performing well with new storylines and the younger generation. But, still, there is something so comforting in the vision of these familiar faces from yesteryears’ Soapverse.
Wouldn’t it be just so wonderful if they could all reunite on the screen as well for a walk down memory lane? All for the love of the good old days! What do you say? That kind of reunion would be amazing! As a life long fan it would make my heart swell!! However, DAYS absolutely needs a NEW, writing team!!
The current stories are all repeats done really badly!!!! We need creative people to come in and Respect the History of the show!
