Ian Beale is determined to ‘uphold’ his new responsibilities as a local councillor. Hence, he is likely the primary threat to Bea’s deceptive survival. It all began when Bea sought revenge against her Billy Mitchell. She believed that he would be the one to climb the ladder to fix the guttering. Hence, she maliciously tampered with the equipment before fleeing.
