Ben Champniss Marks Father’s Day

Ben shared a carousel of pictures with his young son, celebrating Father’s Day. The actor was also seen showing off a table full of Father’s Day treats, including cards, snacks, a mug, and a “Best Dad” plush toy.

Ben also shared a car selfie with his partner and their son, who was wearing a Spider-Man t-shirt. Elsewhere, in a moving tribute, his son also visited the gravesite of Ben’s late father, Terry Champniss, to leave flowers.

We could also see the father-son duo smiling together at a restaurant while he enjoyed a pizza and some drinks. Meanwhile, the actor wrapped up the post with a crayon drawing made by his son, titled “The family Champniss.” Ben captioned the post saying, “For the past 5 years, I’ve come to enjoy Father’s Day more than my own birthday. For a few years before, it was a day that I’d secretly dread, after losing my own Dad.

Adding further he wrote, “So, here’s a thought for all that no longer have their Dads/Male role models/ or anyone who took on that role…I see you…as well as anyone who has lost children, or who SHOULD be celebrating today! To all that are dads/guardians/mums that take on that role, I hope you’ve had an incredible day…I certainly have!!”
