It also reminds viewers of the sinister motives that originally brought the villain to Walford.
Elsewhere, Nicola has seen George struggling with the trauma of witnessing Eddie’s crimes. In fact, this led to the older man’s imprisonment and the death of his wife, Gloria. Later, Nicola answers a missed call meant for George.

Later, Eddie finally reveals that he is suffering from ‘terminal cancer.’ Hence, he begs Nicola to arrange a meeting with his son. He claims that he wants to make amends with George before his time runs out.
Now, with this request, Nicola has been put in a difficult position. Recently, we saw her struggling with anxiety over the infant’s health. She even had asked her freinds and family out of a surprise part to keep a peaceful environment.
