Fans have felt bored with the current repetitive storylines on the soap, be it the kidnapping or the cheating scandal. So now they have shared their wishlist as to what they want to see in the upcoming episodes, which will reignite people’s interest.
Many people are eager to see the soap tackling complex, realistic issues. And many want a deep dive into female-on-male domestic abuse or a serious sextortion storyline involving the younger cast.
One popular suggestion involves a tragic death caused by slow ambulance response times. Apart from this the call for fresh blood on Albert Square is strong, and a large portion of the audience wants to see a brand-new East Asian family introduced to the community.
Elsewhere, viewers also want to see classic, fun soap tropes return, such as an unexpected resident winning the lottery or a community road trip for the teenagers. Some also want a new character moving in with an explicit hatred for the white.

Fans also want to see a sexstortion storyline, Slater’s losing the Vic, a new family introduced, connected to no one and a teen’s road trip once one of them learns to drive (perhaps a new character). Other ideas included a married couple having no issues or nothing to split them up within the first two years. Also, they want Jasmine to be given something light-hearted.
A character randomly wins the lottery, but decides to invest in the community and the people around them. Fans also want a long-lost Mitchell to come out of the woodwork (since Phil needs company).
