Heather Shares About Her Health Journey
As we are aware Heather Peace was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago. And the actress finished her chemotherapy treatment in May of last year. Also, to maintain her appearance during treatment, Heather was using a wig for her role. In fact, she celebrated a turning point by filming her final scene using the wig.
Now, Heather’s recent post marks one year since the end of her treatment. She also thanked her stylist for support during her time with hair loss. Finally. Now her natural hair is returning, though it is shorter than she prefers.
Heather captioned the post saying, “It’s been a long, old road but you’ve been there throughout; always helping me feel the best I can. And here we are on the ‘other’ side of my breast cancer, really getting things back to where they should be. It’s still shorter than I want it. But my natural texture is almost back, and it’s starting to feel like the hair I’ve always known. I feel blessed.”
Several fans also reacted to the post with one saying, “You look amazing and I love your hair it really suits your beautiful face.” Another shared, “Absolutely gorgeous! You continue to be an inspiration and we’re so proud of you! Can’t wait for tour to kick off this week.”

The central focus for Eve is her and Suki’s ongoing adoption storyline. This whole arc began after a turbulent period involving Avani Nandr-Hart’s pregnancy. That’s when the couple eventually decided to start a family of their own. Hence, they are currently working with an agency representative, Robin. The upcoming weeks will be ‘hectic’ as the process ramps up.
Earlier, we also saw Eve’s mum, Norma’s entry into the picture. She had even questioned Eve’s potential as a mother. It worsened to the point where Eve was ready to ‘pull’ out of the adoption plan.
