The iconic Stacey Slater star will soon trade Wsflord for the glitz of Saturday night television. As we know Lacey was on an extended career break from the soap. And now the mum of three has reportedly signed a contract to participate in the upcoming series of the hit dance competition.
In fact, fans will see her making a massive professional detour before her highly anticipated soap return. The television star has spent almost two decades playing one of the most explosive characters in British soap history. But she had stepped away to enjoy family time with her children.

And it’s been month she focused on the parenting routine at home. But now the popular star feels the timing is finally ideal to step outside her comfort zone and get a new skill. In fact, sources reveal that even the production executives are excited to have Lacey.
They are confident that her enormous fanbase will tune in eagerly to witness the actress’s real personality. For those unaware, Lacey had previously ‘rejected’ invitations due to a lack of confidence in professional choreography and ballroom dancing.

We can say that Lacey is among the very first batch of celebrities to perform under the guidance of newly appointed presenter. And they are Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe. Of course the standard will be high for any talent arriving directly from the BBC serial drama.

And it’s because of the ballroom success of former co-stars like Rose Ayling-Ellis and grand finalists Bobby Brazier and Masie Smith.
