Mark Escapes The Murder Order But Pays A Heavy Price

Mark’s terribly dangerous fight with Ravi nearly killed him and he is very distressed. His bosses, however, have no intention of letting him just walk away. They only give him a day to carry out the assassination of the informant. Or else Vicki will face the consequences. Despite this, Vicki tries once more to stop him. The troubled sister begs Phil Mitchell to intervene.

Elsewhere, Phil doesnt want to get dragged back into anything criminal. However, he eventually agrees to speak to Mark. Phil then warns him that if he kills Ravi, it will follow him forever. After which, Mark accepts Phil’s help. Soon Phil begins to call in his old favours. One of his former contacts agrees to free Mark from the gang. However, for that to happen, Mark will have to pay £100,000 to close the deal properly.

EE/Phil helps Mark.

Initially, he hides the real figure from Vicki. And Vicki believes that the nightmare is finally over. Then Mark jokes that Ravi is the luckiest man alive. Trying to solve his debt, he goes to the car lot. Then he talks to Lauren, asking him to take the car on a test drive. Also, even Max was pressuring her to sell the car. Assuming Mark is interested in buying it, she goes with him for a test drive.

But soon Mark admits that he has no money to buy the vehicle. However, he promises her lunch for wasting her time. Leaving her by the car, he goes inside a shop to get her a sandwich. And that’s when a stranger attacks her. The thug snatches the keys and drives off. While Max is furious that the car has vanished, Lauren is shaken.
