Russell Delaney Menaces Vicki Over Doubled Debt

The deadline to pay ruthless crime boss Ruseell Delaney looms. As we know, the debt has now doubled, all thanks to Grant Mitchell’s disastrous interference. Hence, now the young mechanic is facing immediate pressure when the gangster threatens his sister, Vicki Fowler. 

Now, Mark wants to protect his family and reject his father’s help. So, he partnered with Sam Mitchell in a high-stakes insurance fraud scheme. It all began when the threat to the Fowler family became terrifyingly real. The villainous Russell bypassed the hardmen. In fact, he also cornered Vicki inside her own kitchen.

Soon, Russell delivered a chilling promise that he would ruin the celebration if the money was not paid immediately. After this Vicki, the bride-to-be, is horrified especially after she learns that Grant’s violent confrontation at The Boxing Den was the reason the original debt had doubled. 

Next, Mark found out about the kitchen ambush. And that was enough for his fury toward his estranged father to peak. Later, the older man even instructed Ritchie Scott to sell his Portuguese bar to raise cash. However, Mark demanded that his father stay out of his business entirely. He even refused to accept a single penny from him.

Elsewhere, Phi’s funds were tied to Nigel Bates’ recent funeral expenses. Even Lauren Beale was questioning the legitimacy of his garage stock. So, now Mark Fowler had nowhere to turn. 

And of course Lauren’s suspicions were well-founded. She had a history of being injured during a vehicle robbery. And it was none other than her associate Mark who had secretly orchestrated for profit. Later, when Sam saw his desperation, she stepped in with a dangerous alternative to conventional financing.

Sam suggested a complex setup involving stolen vehicles trapping the car lot owners in a corner. With this she has forced her participation in a wider scam. And the story ended on an empty piece of land. There, two people wearing hoods watched a car they had just bought burn.
