Initially, Ravi’s behaviour was masked as a lockdown for his family’s protection. However, a dark secret from earlier this year has finally come into the light.
Ravi is completely overwhelmed by his past trauma. It all began with his decision to act as a police informant. Later, Ravi became a target of a revenge plot by Nicola and Harry. The two wanted to take revenge for the impact his actions had on Kojo and Harry. In this horrific incident, a drugged Ravi attacked his son, Nugget. He hallucinated that his son was actually his Nish.
Hence, the guilt of Nugget’s subsequent epilepsy diagnosis has caused Ravi to spiral into self-harm. Elsewhere, Suki and Priya tried to secure private therapy for him. However, his condition deteriorated this week. After which, he bought new locks for their home. Later, he also confiscated his children’s phones, locking them inside.
