La Voix Gets Caught In A Major Rivalry Between The Queen Vic And The Albert
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star La Voix will make a cameo appearance on July 2 during Walford’s Pride celebrations. The star is booked to perform at the Queen Vic and will be stuck in a fierce battle as the pub tries to outdo rival venue The Albert.
La will arrive in Walford to sing for the residents during the colourful summer event. However, a major conflict will erupt because the managers of the Queen Vic and The Albert both want to host the absolute best party in the Square. And we will see the guest performer trapped right in the two fighting venues.
Speaking about joining the BBC soap, the entertainer said, “Walking around Albert Square for the first time was a real pinch-me moment! Filming such a special Pride episode made the experience even more meaningful.
Adding further the star said, “To celebrate love, community and being proud of who you are on a show that has always been at the heart of British culture is something I’ll never forget. Everyone was so welcoming, and I can’t wait for viewers to see what’s in store. Even the soap boss Ben Wadey is excited about the guest slot. He told fans that the entire crew loved having the performer on set.
