EastEnders: Tensions Rise with Elaine’s Collapse and Linda’s Dilemma
Elaine Knight finds herself at breaking point when Linda Carter declares she wants to sell her half of The Queen Vic. Despite Knight matriarch’s requests, their disagreement blows up. After Linda storms out, she confides in George, who suggests that she take Elaine’s opinion into account.
Elaine thinks they are plotting an attack on her when she sees them together. To make matters worse, a meeting with the bank falls apart. Johnny Carter adamantly rejects her attempts to get him to become a silent partner. Disappointed and angry, Elaine orders everyone out of the pub.
After arguing with Linda once more, Elaine abruptly loses it. Johnny and Linda support her as she blames it on a panic attack.
Feeling guilty, Linda considers keeping her share of the pub, but Johnny refuses to let her backtrack. Later, they return to The Vic and find Elaine has collapsed again. She is rushed to the hospital, leaving her family shaken. What’s happening to Elaine, and will she recover?

Elsewhere in Walford, EastEnders Spoilers suggest Vicki Fowler’s life unravels after Sharon plans to evict her and Ross for unpaid debt.
She asks Bernie for an advance but gets fired instead. Suspicious, Vicki steals Bernie’s laptop and discovers she’s been drawing money off the Panesar accounts.
Vicki demands half of the stolen cash, or she’ll expose Bernie. Felix urges Bernie to stay cautious, but the damage is done. Vicki enlists Zack and Kathy to help her convince Sharon to let them stay.
But Kathy is shocked when Vicki reveals the source of her new wealth. Suki still trusts Bernie, but Priya and Ravi begin to doubt her. Once Kathy updates Suki, Priya informs Ravi, who requests a private meeting with Bernie.
Bernie panics and frames Vicki to save herself. Ravi sets a trap, and Vicki walks right in. Bernie later clashes with Vicki and then challenges the Panesars herself.
