Penny Branning steps in, and she is unaware of Peter’s surprises and plans. She later takes Lauren for a drink. It is when Penny makes some comments that Lauren questions her relationship with Peter.
Lauren and Penny then walk into The Pub, only to find out that the pub is decorated for a wedding. Peter then gets down on one knee and proposes to Lauren to marry her the same day. Lauren accepts the proposal but feels uneasy. Penny notices this, though Lauren brushes it off.
The wedding preparation soon begins. But Lauren is tense. She is torn between following through and walking away. However, things soon get more complicated. An unexpected visitor suddenly arrives at the ceremony. Who could that person be?

Everyone is shocked when Max arrives just in time for the wedding. Zoe and Stacey are left shaken to see him. Max’s son Oscar is excited to see his father and wants his father’s attention. However, Max is distracted by Zoe. Kat then warns Zoe to stay away from him.

Kathy spots Callum spending more time with Johnny at the cafe. Pictures suggest she is already doubtful of their relationship.
