EastEnders is readying a classic Kim Fox drama for next week, as Howie Danes makes an attempt to get her back. After Howie’s theft and lying blew up their relationship, the local postman is now willing to swap his delivery bag for a microphone.

Howie Makes A Move
The funeral for Anthony becomes more distressing when the police take Jasmine away. The shock of this event had hardly worn off when Howie Danes made an appearance after his long absence. He has been burdened with the guilt that destroyed his life with Kim Fox.
He was so down about not being able to give Kim the comfort she once loved that he made decisions which now he can’t change. Initially, he robbed Patrick of his money, then started doing delivery work. But he went back on his word once he found out how valuable the parcel was. Later, Anthony got to know the fact that Howie snatched Penny Brannings ring for her engagement. Still, they both got along and made a promise to keep each others secrets.
But then Howie goes to Kim to warn her about Anthony’s disturbing behaviour. And it was at the engagement party where the whole truth came out leaving the couple to separate. Consequently, Howie is back for the funeral and Kim opposes him feeling a mixture of resentment and the old comfort he brought.
Patrick Pushes Howie To Fight For Their Future In EastEnders
Next week, Kim reaches a breaking point when she sees Patrick relying more and more on the digital version of his late son. Later, Howie notices her struggling at the Vic, so he speaks to the grieving father himself, hoping to calm the situation. However, Patrick surprises him with advice of his own. Instead of sending him away, Patrick tells Howie to fight for his love.
He pleads with him not to run away from the damage he has caused. Shortly, Patrick calls the family together for a midday drink. In another part of the town, Kim is totally unprepared for what is going to happen. Howie comes in with two drag queens at his side and starts singing to her right there in the pub.
