EastEnders Spoilers reveal a major romance twist for Martin Fowler after his major surgery. We recently witnessed how Martin and Ruby have a son together whose liver isn’t viable. This led to Roman’s father stepping up to have him undergo a transplant to save his son’s life. Although Ruby was glad about this, Lily was worried that something would go wrong with the procedure.
Later, Martin was also scared about the same and confided in Stacey about it. The pair then shared an emotional moment, and they kissed. During this week, Stacey has her own fears about Martin’s surgery, and they will escalate after Mo’s hospital horror stories. As for Martin, after taking Zack’s advice, he will focus on Ruby and Roman. The pair also shared a tender moment right before he went in for surgery.
Elsewhere, Stacey will reach out to her mother and open up about her confusing feelings for Martin. Jean will encourage her daughter to go to the hospital and confess how she feels. However, when Martin woke up from the surgery – Ruby was by his side, and the duo shared an emotional moment where she said, “I should never have cut you out of our son’s life like that Because that’s what he is; he’s ours. He’s not mine, he never was, certainly not now.”

She then kissed Martin’s hand, and Stacey witnessed this heartfelt gesture as she arrived at the hospital.
