EastEnders spoilers suggest that Lily can still not cope with Martin’s death. Long-time viewers must remember that Martin Fowler lost his life tragically as he was trying to save Lily. He died in the aftermath of the Queen Vic explosion during the 40th anniversary celebration. Meanwhile, Stacey will finally be returning to Walford. She went away to spend some time with her brother Sean.
Lily is devastated yet furious that her mother left her alone when she needed her the most. She is not the only one who’s been struggling with Martin’s death, she told her friend. Now that she is back, her anger does not seem to be settling anytime soon. Stacey will return home drunk.
While her daughter will try to keep her calm, as she has to look after her siblings. Later Sonia will try to comfort Stacey and help her to sober up. At first, she will refuse to attend the funeral, but later she will be there to bid Martin a final goodbye.
Avani Encourages Lily To Get Drunk
Whereas Avani will tell Lily to surrender her pain to alcohol. She will approve of her friend’s advice and get drunk. On the other hand, Stacey will later get caught up in a confrontation with her former bestie Ruby. Things will escalate between the mother-daughter duo when Stacey finds her drunk daughter. She will soon realise that she needs to speak to her own daughter and fix things, but her efforts will go in vain.
Ahead in the week, the pair will be seen standing with each other after someone sets Martin’s market stall on fire. Though the mother and daughter will be there for each other in finding the real culprit, will they be able to make amends in their personal lives?
