Long-time viewers know that the awkward accountant killed his comatose wife last year and let Sonia take the blame for it. However, she was later found not guilty when Bianca confessed to the murder just to protect her sister. Bianca has been held hostage by Reiss since November after he learned the truth about Reiss.
Now that Sonia is free, she’s determined to help her sister, who she believes is not guilty. In the forthcoming week, the pregnant Walford nurse finally gets her wish and is shocked at what she finds out. As for Reiss, he tries to convince her to let all of this go! During all this drama, Sonia will find solace in the laundrette, but her health takes a turn soon, and she heads to the hospital.
Reiss soon learns about Sonia’s condition and rushes to the hospital while making a big discovery at the lock-up. Later, Yolande checks up on Sonia as she decides to delete the confession video while making a chilling discovery. As Reiss returns home, a heated showdown ensues between him and Sonia. But as a terrified Sonia tries to leave, her fiance blocks her exit.
