EastEnders Star Charlie Wernham Wraps His DREAM Project!! 

EastEnders actor Charlie Wernham wraps filming on his latest short film titled Ace in the Face. Also, the star serves as the director for this intense project set in a London underground fight gym. Charlie Wraps Filming For His Major Direction Project

Charlie Wernham takes the director’s chair for the new short film Ace in the Face. And the actor was definitely proud of the cast and crew after completing the shoot. Also, this project was a passion piece that he developed over several months. In fact, production took place across various gritty locations in London. 

The next thing you need to hear is that the film features a cast of familiar faces. And this includes Ross Boatman and Jonny Labey. Elsewhere, even Cameron Jack and Majid Mehdiazadeh-Valoujerdy also star in the gritty drama. We can say that the story is about a staged ‘violent’ birthday prank at an underground gym. 

The actor captioned the post saying, “Thats a ‘wrap’ on ‘Ace in the Face’! I’m incredibly proud to have directed this project. It was a beautiful reminder of what this business is all about. Talented people coming together to create worlds and tell stories. It was unbelievably ambitious…but we’ve only gone and done it!!! I want to thank the entire cast and crew involved in the project, it really wouldn’t have been the same without you all!”

Several fans also reacted to the post with one saying, “You smashed it out of the park”,, while another said, “I’m sure it’s gonna be amazing.” Elsewhere, a third wrote, “Looking forward to seeing this when it’s all done, mate! Well done can get some sleep now.” Someone else commented, “Ab absolute blinder”, while “Beyond smashed it!! You hero!” said one.

Charlie’s Final Stint In EastEnders

Charlie played Aaron Monroe on the BBC soap. As we know Aaron was involved in a plan to detonate an explosive device at the opening site of a new mosque in Walford. However, his father chose to protect the community. Hence, he reported his own son to the police after which Aaron was arrested.

Later, the hate group was putting pressure on Harvey to withhold a witness statement. However, when Harvey refused, the group retaliated inside the prison. And here, Aaron was critically injured after being stabbed. And during Aaron’s final scenes, he shared a tense prison-visitation room with Harvey.
