EastEnders’ former actor Danny Dyer shocked everyone when he arrived an hour late for the Channel 4 cooking show. He played Mick Carter on the soap for nine years. It seems that everyone is confused about where he was. Here are the full details.
EastEnders Actor Shocks Fans As He Arrives An Hour Late
EastEnders fans seem to be confused, as actor Danny Dyer was missing from the Channel 4 cooking show for the first hour. A viewer wrote, “Is Danny Dyer stuck in the toilet or something?” Adding to this, another fan wrote, “Danny Dyer spent Saturday night out with the crew, and they are still trying to wake him up. “What are they waiting for? Someone to fit in the bleep machine before letting Danny Dyer on?” another viewer added.
To answer all the questions, hosts Tim and Simon revealed where Danny is. The hosts added that the soap star will join them, but he got late as he is busy filming Rivals. ”He is on his way, though, and he offered to stop in at the services to pick up some bits and bobs. Anyone want anything?” Tim added. Somehow the Mick Carter actor showed up at the show an hour later. He was accompanied by Christian Cooke, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Georgia Tennant, Alex Horne, Louise Redknapp, and Patrick Grant.
Danny Called Out the Soap
The soap star, who is now shooting for Rivals, previously called out BBC’s soap. He said that the soap is now “s**t.” He further opened up about how he used to be drunk half of the time while shooting.
Further, Danny added that it made his life ‘trickier.’ The Mick Carter actor also said that he enjoyed his time on the soap for the first three years. Then the team changed, and he knew that it was going to be hard for him. For more such EastEnders updates and spoilers, keep following Soap Opera Daily.
