Bombshell! EastEnders: [THIS] Person Charged With Murder After Covering For Harry!

EastEnders viewers were left reeling this week as Nicola Mitchell faced heartbreak. Teddy Mitchell took the blame for a crime his son Harry didn’t commit, getting arrested for Okie’s death. Teddy Takes The Fall For Harry

When Harry arrived at Kojo’s place, he saw that Okie had held Kojo at gunpoint. He then rushed to protect his friend. However ended up fighting with Okie. And it was during that scuffle that Harry accidentally stabbed Okie. The criminal then fell on the ground severely injured.

Elsewhere, when police got involved in the matter, Barney and Nicola had to return to Walford. Harry wanted to hand himself over to the police after killing Okie. However, Teddy Mitchell stepped in and took the blame. He didn’t want his son to face prison. He then put his fingerprints on the weapon so that he would get caught. Teddy also sat near the body until the police took him away. All he thought at the moment was to save his son.

At the station, police questioned him, and Teddy told his version of events. He lied that he went to save Harry. However, when he went there, Okie was waiting with a knife. He then names himself instead of Harry in the scuffle that took place. Teddy thought this was the only way he could save Harry.

At home, his family struggled. Barney refused to face what happened. The thought of his father going to prison broke him. Elsewhere, Harry blamed himself for the mess, but Nicola urged him not to blame himself. 

Now, Billy Mitchell wanted to fight for his brother. And so contacted Phil, and he agreed to involve Ritchie Scott. The family hoped that Ritchie could save their family. Elsewhere, Nicola was comforting both her sons. She even prepared a meal and assured them that Teddy would be home soon. 

Later, she gave Barney a watch that Teddy wanted to give him on his 18th birthday. Elsewhere, George Knight informed Kojo about whatever had happened. And now Kojo felt guilty. Meanwhile, Ritchie went to the police station to meet Teddy. However, she gave some bad news. Actually, the police had spoken to the Crown Prosecution Service. However, their findings were not in his favour.

Later, Teddy called Nicola and told her that he was going to be charged with murder. After hearing this news, Nicola broke down in tears. It finally hit her that Teddy might never return home.
