Emmerdale And Coronation Street Axed From Tonight’s ITV Line-Up!
The soap fans saw another schedule change today. Coronation Street and Emmerdale didn’t air tonight. This is due to the FIFA World Cup 2026. Tonight, the channel covered the Switzerland v Canada game. It was hosted by Mark Pougatch. It was out at 8 pm. However, the soap fans might not have to wait for long. Tomorrow, hour-long episodes will air from 8 pm.
However, there won’t be any episodes on Friday, June 26. ITV will air Norway v France. The match will be held at Boston Stadium in the USA. Meanwhile, the fans saw in January a soap power hour with both shows airing thirty-minute instalments between 8 pm and 9 pm. This was done to provide consistency to the viewers. However, despite it, there were major schedule shake-ups.
Cain, Charity, And Lewis Are In Trouble!
Meanwhile, the soap has been airing episodes featuring Charity Dingle. She was at the lake all alone due to her emotional collapse. Then the viewers saw the new arrival, Serena Sugden, approaching her. Charity talked to her and slowly shared everything with her. Serena told her to go to the police.
Elsewhere, Cain Dingle has been informed that the cancer has spread and he would have to undergo radiotherapy. Cain decided that he would not undergo radiotherapy. Moira told him to be grateful, but he revealed the major decision which shocked her. Liam also talked to him and tried to convince him.
Meanwhile, Graham has been building a relationship with Kyle. He learned that he was the firestarter and has been helping him since then.
