Emmerdale And Coronation Street Hit By Another Schedule Mishap!
Emmerdale and Coronation Street had more schedule changes today. This is due to the FIFA World Cup. ITV aired the Norway v France match from 7 pm. It continued throughout most of the evening. Last night, both the soaps aired from 8 pm to 10 pm. Coverage of the World Cup is confusing throughout the weekend.
It hasn’t been confirmed when both soaps will air. But most likely Emmerdale and the rival soap will be out on Tuesday. Meanwhile, EastEnders was also shifted to BBC Two earlier this week. This happened due to Sir Keir Starmer’s resignation.
Cain And Charity Are In Trouble!
Elsewhere, Emmerdale has been airing many dramatic episodes. This week, it was confirmed that Cain’s cancer has returned. Though his surgery was successful, it was confirmed that his cancer had spread and he would have to undergo radiotherapy. But he told his wife that he wouldn’t undergo radiotherapy. Later, Liam tried to talk to him.
Meanwhile, Charity has been dealing with a major crisis. She decided to be Sarah’s surrogate, and problems followed her. Baby Leyla does not belong to Ross nor Jacob. Amid hiding the truth, Dr Todd found out the secret. She troubled her and blackmailed her to get money. Later, she crossed a line by sexually assaulting Charity Dingle. However, recently she talked to Serena Sugden, who gave her the strength to reveal the truth to the police.
Elsewhere, we also saw Lewis being kidnapped by Kylie. Kev has returned and was asked to return Penny to save his son. The soap fans are concerned for many characters.
