Soaps Pulled From Schedule!
The Football tournament started on June 11 and will be aired on ITV till July 19. Soap fans know that Coronation Street and Emmerdale adopted a new scheduling pattern. Soap power hour started this year. The soaps air only for half an hour. However, due to the football tournament, the scheduling pattern has been impacted. Even BBC soaps moved from BBC 1 to BBC Two.
This week, Emmerdale aired at 7:30, and Coronation Street aired at 8:30 on Monday. The duration was one hour each. No episode was aired on Tuesday. Wednesday was back with the new scheduling pattern, with Emmerdale airing at 8 and Corrie at 8:30. Even today, the soap fans couldn’t watch their favourite shows.
Tomorrow the Dales residents will meet the fans at 8:00 pm, and Weatherfield locals will meet the viewers at 9:00 pm. The soaps will be back with an hour-long instalment. EastEnders is airing at the usual time. However, tomorrow no instalment will be out.
Cain Makes A Major Decision!
Meanwhile, this week in the Dales soap, viewers saw Kev trying to build a relationship with Lewis. However, the robbery at Café Main Street has created obstacles for Kev. Everyone thinks he is responsible for the theft. Cain has been battling prostate cancer. He has also been having clashes with his son, Kyle. He learned Kyle was the arsonist and Graham helped him. So, he lashed at Graham. However, later he had to ask for his help.
