Both shows usually air for thirty minutes. Emmerdale usually airs at 8 pm while Coronation Street airs at 8:30 pm. However, neither of the soaps aired their episodes today.
The schedule shake-up took place due to match coverage. ITV showed England and Japan’s match at Wembley. It began at 7 pm and ran until 10.05 pm. Due to this, the episodes have been postponed until Sunday. The soap will air at 7 pm while Corrie will be out at 7.30 pm.
