It is a horrible week for the Dingle family in the village. Moira has been charged with the double murder of Celia Daniels and Anya. Meanwhile, Cain has been diagnosed with an aggressive yet localised form of prostate cancer.
However, the soap fans know that Moira hasn’t committed any crime. Anya died because of a lack of treatment, while Celia died due to the drug dealer, Ray Walters, who was murdered by Bear.
Furthermore, the police have found Moira’s DNA on Anya’s blanket. But they are unaware that Celia has framed her. Though Moira told the police that Celia was behind this, they informed her that Celia’s body was also found on her land.
Elsewhere, Moira was in prison awaiting the trial while Cain was at the hospital for his diagnosis. But he left the consultation as he was unable to process the devastating news.

Then he lashed out at the villagers. Later, Cain went to retreat to Zak’s graveside for a moment of reflection. There, Sarah arrived, and he ended up confessing everything to her.
Meanwhile, in today’s episode, Sarah visited him at the Butler’s farm. She promised to support him throughout the treatment, which could lead to erectile dysfunction.
Furthermore, Liam also learned about his condition. He told him to tell Moira, so Cain agreed. But when Cain met her at the prison, she had a black eye and was anxious. Cain told Moira that he had cancer, but it wasn’t severe. It could be cured with a simple treatment.
