Jacob Gallagher is stuck in a workplace bullying storyline. He has had enough of Todd’s bullying. He has found it difficult to manage his personal and professional life.

Thus, he went to the hospital on his day off before Sarah’s baby shower. When he was called to a meeting with HR, Todd was walking nearby.
