The soap fans know that Dr Todd has been troubling many characters in the village, including Charity, Jacob and Vanessa. Jacob is trapped in a workplace bullying storyline, while Vanessa is trapped in Dr Todd’s love. She is unaware of her true personality.
Meanwhile, Dr Todd has also been troubling Charity. She learned that the grandmother’s child, Leyla’s parents, aren’t Jacob and Sarah. She took advantage of the situation and told her to convince Jacob to drop the complaint against her. Then she demanded £10000 from her, but later asked for £100000 from Charity Dingle.
Elsewhere in today’s episode, Charity pleaded with Vanessa to listen to her. It was a private conversation in The Woolpack toilets that Charity staged an intervention. She told Vanessa that Todd isn’t the right woman. She told her ex-lover that Dr Todd couldn’t be trusted. Charity added that she wanted Vanessa to find the right person.
Dr Todd’s Downfall Confirmed As Vanessa Loses Faith!
But Vanessa dismissed Charity’s warnings. She thought that her ex-lover was jealous of Todd due to their own romantic history. However, something in Charity’s tone left Vanessa disturbed. Charity also asked her to promise that she won’t disclose it to Dr Todd. This left Vanessa rattled.
Meanwhile, back in the main bar, Todd encouraged Vanessa to join her for a romantic weekend away. Vanessa explained that they were busy at the vets, so they could go later. When Todd insisted, Vanessa said that it was a bit quick to be going away for the weekend. She said that they should know each other. They can go on a trip later.
