Dr Todd targeted many people in the village, including Jacob, Vanessa and Charity. She bullied and framed Jacob. She made Vanessa fall into love with her and then broke up with her abruptly.
Dr Todd blackmailed Charity after knowing that baby Leyla belonged to Ross, not Jacob. She demanded money and then increased the amount after knowing Charity owned half the pub.
Dr Todd also sexually assaulted Charity. Though Charity reported her abuser, Dr Todd twisted the story in the investigation, claiming the sex was consensual. Then she left the village and moved to Sheffield. Recently Charity told the truth to Mack, who was shocked, heartbroken and determined to help Charity. He fought with Kev, who cleverly told him to get revenge.
Mack went to Sheffield and confronted Dr Todd. She denied all the accusations and defamed Charity, but wasn’t aware that Mack already knew everything about Charity. Mack was more angry and started trashing her office. Though he had to move out due to the intervention of security, he waited outside. Dr Todd told him that as she was an NHS member, she wouldn’t be punished. Mack’s fury grew stronger, and he threatened to kill her if she came near Charity again.

Later, a flash-forward crime scene aired with the police and a pool of blood revealing Dr Todd’s face. However, it isn’t known who killed her.
